Nature & Campus

Frog Song is located on Dharma Rain’s property- 14 acres between 82nd Ave NE and Rocky Butte- which is being transformed into a space for spiritual practice, community connection and native habitat.
Daily discovery on 14 acres of ponds, ravines, orchards, gardens, and native habitat.
The property includes ponds, seasonal waterfall and streams, (yes, there are lots of frogs!), ravine, orchard, vegetable beds and areas offering natural habitat for a multitude of creatures.
The site functions as a living campus for area schools to study conservation and ecology and to conduct field research. This natural environment allows children to develop a personal relationship with the natural world, offering endless opportunities for exploration and discovery, real-life lessons in taking care of our earth.
Nature as Teacher
Children at Frog Song have the opportunity to observe life cycles firsthand at the ponds and in the garden, practice environmental stewardship through daily care of their surroundings, and develop a sense of calm, curiosity, and confidence through their outdoor experiences.
